SOUP RECIPES FOR HCG DIETING
Soup is often served as finale in every meal. In contrast, thickened soups are usually served before or together with the main course. It is done to stimulate the appetite of the person.

2c chicken broth 2c fresh tomatoes (chopped)
3oz tomato paste 4-6 leaves fresh basil (rolled and sliced)
1-2 cloves garlic (crushed and minced) 2tbsp. onion (chopped)
1tsp. garlic powder ¼tsp. dried oregano
Dash of marjoram Pepper and salt
Puree all the ingredients in a blender. After, pour into a saucepan, heat then bring to boil. Reduce the fire and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley or basil leaves.
