SEAFOOD RECIPES FOR HCG DIETING

v HCG dieting seafood recipe: Curried Shrimp with Tomatoes
100 g shrimp ½c vegetable broth or plain water
2 tomatoes (chopped) 1tbsp. onion (minced)
1 clove garlic (crushed and minced) 1/8tsp. curry
1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/8tsp. garlic powder
Dash of allspice
Sauté the onion, garlic and shrimp for three minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked. Add the curry and broth. After, add onion and garlic powder to make the mixture thick. Cook for another five to ten minutes over medium fire. Reduce liquid or add more to get the desired consistency.
