BEEF RECIPES FOR HCG DIETING

¨ HCG Dieting Beef Recipe: Slow Roasted Beef Brisket
100g lean beef brisket ¼ cup onion (chopped)
4-6 stalks celery 5 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 tbsp. garlic powder Chili pepper to taste
1 tbsp. onion powder Cayenne pepper to taste
1 tbsp. paprika Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make:
In a bowl, combine all the spices. Rub the mixture in the beef. Put some salt on the meat. Put the brisket in the crock-pot filled with ½ ways of water. Add the celery and set the crock-pot on the high level for thirty minutes. Reduce the heat from high to medium then low and cook it for the next six-eight hours. Turn and baste the beef brisket at regular intervals. You can add more spices if you want. Enjoy this recipe with a horseradish sauce. Make sure to save the skim fat and juices to make tasty dressings and sauces.
